NOSHOK 200002/210002 & 200402/210402 Series 2-Valve Narrow Block & Bleed Manifold Valves Hard Seat & Soft Seat

The NOSHOK 200002/210002 & 200402/210402 Series 2-Valve Narrow Block & Bleed Manifold Valves, available in both hard seat and soft seat options, integrate isolating and venting functions into a single valve.

This design eliminates the need for additional tubing and fittings. The block valve isolates downstream process fluids, while the bleed valve vents upstream fluids, allowing for the removal of static pressure transmitters, switches, or gauges without disrupting the permanent piping installation.

Positioned on the left, the block valve works in conjunction with the bleed valve, which is oriented at a 90° angle on top, venting to the right. Each valve undergoes rigorous helium leak testing to 1 x 10-4 ml/s, ensuring exceptional performance and reliability.

The hard seat valves in the 200002/200402 Series are rated for 10,000 psi at 200ºF, while the soft seat valves in the 210002/210402 Series are rated for 6,000 psi at 200ºF. Additionally, the 210002/210402 Series features a replaceable Acetal seat and straight-through porting, facilitating bidirectional, high-capacity flow and easy roddable cleaning.
